    Description

    The PK 20 PF is a versatile, reliable and accurate tabletop piston filling machine for viscous liquids. This piston filler can handle both liquid and highly viscous products. It is equipped with a high-precision three-way valve mechanism with hopper fittings, a product cylinder and nozzles. The operator loads material into the hopper, sets the required fill volume and places an empty container under the nozzle. A simple press of the foot pedal doses an exact amount of product from the hopper into the container.

    Empty containers are fed to the PK CFM manually or automatically via a rotary table. A belt conveyor delivers them to the filling station, where the containers are pushed through a chute onto a platform under the nozzles and filled.
