Colloid mill for gels, ointments and emulsions
Colloid mill for particle size reduction and de-agglomeration (emulsification). It works on the rotor–stator principle: product passes through a narrow gap where high shear reduces particle size, and particle size is adjusted by changing the gap. Processed product leaves through the drain line and can be recirculated via a three-way valve. Used to grind, disperse and homogenise gels, ointments and high-viscosity fluids.
