Roll compactor for dry granulation
Encapsulated roll compaction system for dry granulation of powders without liquids — the right choice for moisture- and heat-sensitive substances. One roll is fixed and the other is hydraulically floated, ensuring a stable compaction force. Available with single or twin feed screws, for inline or stand-alone operation, with PLC and HMI control and recipe management. Output ranges from 5 to 300 kg/h depending on the model; an isolator version is available.
