General terms

1. This Policy sets out how AT Engineering LLC (the “Company”) processes and protects information about individuals (the “Users”) that the Company may receive when a User fills in a registration form on www.facebook.com.
2. The purpose of this Policy is to ensure proper protection of information about Users, including their personal data, against unauthorised access and disclosure.
3. Relations connected with the collection, storage, distribution and protection of information provided by the User are governed by this Policy, other internal documents of AT Engineering LLC and the current legislation of Ukraine.
4. Personal data permitted for processing under this Privacy Policy are provided by the User by filling in a registration form on www.facebook.com and include: the User’s full name; contact telephone number; e-mail address. By filling in the registration form, the User fully agrees to the terms of this Policy.

Purpose of collecting, processing and storing information provided by Users

1. The User’s personal data are processed in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. The Company processes the User’s personal data in order to:
   • provide the User with information about the Company’s services, special offers and other information on behalf of the Company;
   • carry out marketing and other research.

Conditions for processing personal information provided by the User

1. The User’s personal data are processed for the period necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy, by any lawful means, including in information systems with or without automation.
2. The Company takes the necessary organisational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying and distribution, and from other unlawful actions of third parties.
3. The User’s personal data may be transferred to authorised state authorities of Ukraine only on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of Ukraine.
4. When filling in the registration form, the User confirms that they:
   • provide accurate information about themselves and provide all other information at their own discretion;
   • have read this Policy and agree to it.
     Reading the terms of this Policy and ticking the box next to the link to it constitutes the User’s written consent to the collection, storage and processing of the personal data provided.
5. The Company does not verify the accuracy of information received (collected) about Users, except where such verification is necessary to fulfil obligations to the User.

Changes to the Privacy Policy. Applicable law

1. AT Engineering LLC has the right to amend this Privacy Policy. When changes are made, the current version states the date of the last update. The new version of the Policy takes effect from the moment it is published, unless the new version provides otherwise.
2. This Policy and the relations between the User and the Company arising from the application of the Privacy Policy are governed by the law of Ukraine.
3. Before going to court with a claim regarding disputes arising from relations between the User and the Company, compliance with the pre-trial claim procedure is mandatory.
