Gelatin and suspension preparation
Gelatin melting systems, gelatin tanks and reactors
The AT-GMS automatic system handles water and gelatin feeding, weighing, mixing, heating, vacuum deaeration and cleaning. Recipes for different capsules are stored on the computer. For smaller plants there are AT-GT water-bath gelatin tanks and AT-MT reactors for preparing the fill suspension, with a colloid mill for fine milling.
