AT-SG encapsulators cast a gelatin ribbon, fill it with an oil solution or suspension and form the capsules with rotary dies. Servo drives on the fill pump and dies and automatic die alignment keep the fill weight consistent. The range covers a laboratory model for R&D and industrial machines with 20 plungers.
