Uhlmann, IMA, Marchesini, Romaco Noack, CAM, ACG, as well as Ukrainian and Asian machines. If your model is not listed, send a photo of the nameplate and we will tell you whether we can help.
Typical problems we fix
- uneven cavity forming, pinholes and film wrinkles;
- leaking seals, weak or uneven seal lines;
- punch misalignment and burrs on blister edges;
- empty pockets, feeder faults and fill-check errors;
- unstable plate temperature, sensor and control system faults.

What should I send to get a quote faster?
The machine model and year, a photo of the nameplate, the film and foil type, a description of the fault and, if possible, photos of rejects or a video of the assembly in operation.
Do you make change parts for a new blister format?
Yes. We make forming, sealing and punching tools, guides and feeders from a drawing or a sample pack.
Repair or modernisation: how do we decide?
After diagnostics we compare the cost of repair with modernisation or replacement and give you a recommendation.
